Few studies have focused specifically on what makes e-learning tick in large organizations (excluding educational institutions). One study by Eyal Sela and Yesha Y. Sivan in Israel concludes with following list of must have and nice to have success factors:

"Must have" factors

  1. Usefulness and Ease of use
  2. Marketing
  3. Management support
  4. Organizational culture
  5. Real need

"Nice to have" factors

  1. Time to learn
  2. Support
  3. Mandatory
  4. Incentives

Why Enterprise E-learning?
